Is the whole facility really private?

Yes, 100%. When you book, you get the entire 8,000 sq ft to yourself for the full duration of your party. No other parties happening at the same time. No strangers sharing the space. Just your crew.

Can we bring our own food and cake?

Absolutely. We're BYOF: Bring Your Own Food. No catering fees, no restrictions. Bring whatever your kid loves. Pizza, cake, juice boxes. It's your party.

What ages does this work for?

Kids ages 2 to 17 count toward your package limit. Adults and kids outside that range are always free, so bring the whole family.

How do I lock in a date?

Book online and pay your 50% deposit. That's what reserves your date and time slot. Full balance is due at the start of your party.

How early can we arrive to set up?

Every booking includes 30 minutes of pre-party decorating time. Come in early, hang your banners, set the table, and get ready to celebrate.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, we have a dedicated parking area. We are located at 211 Panther Way, Hewitt, TX 76643, inside the Central Texas Family Karate building. Look for our sign.
