Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
The short version. We collect what we need to run your party and nothing else: who you are, how to reach you, your child's name and age, and your party details. We use it to book your date, take your deposit, and send you confirmations and reminders. We do not sell your information. We never share your mobile number with anyone for marketing. If you want to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted, call or email us and we will take care of it.
1. Information We Collect
When you book a party or contact us through our website, we collect the following personal information: your first and last name, email address, phone number, child’s name and age, party details including preferred date and time, package selection, and estimated number of guests. We also collect payment information through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Google Analytics 4 is used on our website and collects anonymous usage data including pages visited, session duration, time on page, and device type. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored through Google Analytics.
We collect this information in three ways: directly from you when you book or contact us, automatically when you browse the site, and from the service providers listed in section 6 when they process a booking or payment on our behalf.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to process and confirm party bookings, collect deposits and payments, send booking confirmations and appointment reminders via email and SMS, respond to contact form inquiries, and improve our website and services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. SMS Communications and TCPA Compliance
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during the booking process, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Bouncing Fun Factory sent via an Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging system registered under the A2P 10DLC program with The Campaign Registry (TCR).
Messages you may receive include: party booking confirmations, deposit receipts, appointment reminders, day-of party instructions, and post-party follow-up messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of booking or purchasing any service.
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. To request help, reply HELP to any message. For additional support, contact us at bouncingfunfactory@hotmail.com or (254) 709-0036.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers collected for SMS consent are used only to send the messages described above.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our SMS messaging program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. Our A2P messaging is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and transmitted through a compliant 10-digit long code (10DLC) number. We maintain records of all SMS opt-in consent as required by applicable law.
We do not send SMS messages before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM local time of the recipient. Marketing SMS messages are only sent to recipients who have provided explicit prior written consent. Transactional messages related to confirmed bookings may be sent pursuant to your booking agreement.
Full details of the messaging program are on our SMS Messaging Terms page.
4. A2P 10DLC Registration
Bouncing Fun Factory uses A2P 10DLC registered messaging to send automated business text messages. This registration is required by U.S. mobile carriers and The Campaign Registry (TCR) for all businesses sending Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS messages. Registration helps ensure message deliverability, prevents spam, and protects consumers. Our registered campaigns include transactional booking messages and, where separately consented, promotional communications.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous website usage data. No personally identifiable information is stored in cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to book a party or contact us.
We do not serve advertising cookies and we do not run retargeting pixels. Because there is no industry-standard response to browser Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect and process your data under their own privacy policies:
- GoHighLevel: CRM, booking management, and SMS/email automation. GoHighLevel operates as a registered A2P 10DLC messaging provider. Privacy policy available at gohighlevel.com.
- Stripe: Payment processing for deposits and balances. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. Privacy policy available at stripe.com/privacy.
- Google Analytics: Anonymous website usage analytics. Privacy policy available at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare: Website hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare processes server logs including IP addresses to serve and protect this site. Privacy policy available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We encourage you to review each provider’s privacy policy directly. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.
7. Data Retention
Booking and contact records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for business records purposes. SMS opt-in consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years as required by applicable regulations. After the applicable retention period, your information is securely deleted from our systems. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at bouncingfunfactory@hotmail.com, subject to our legal retention obligations.
8. Data Security
We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Booking and payment data is held inside the third-party platforms named in section 6, under their own security programs, and payment card numbers are handled by Stripe rather than by us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information subject to legal retention requirements, request a copy of your information in a portable format, opt out of marketing email, and opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at bouncingfunfactory@hotmail.com or call (254) 709-0036. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of them.
10. Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from them. We collect children’s names and ages solely from the booking parent or guardian, for party booking and planning purposes. We do not market to children directly, and we do not share children’s personal information with third parties for any marketing or commercial purpose. A parent or guardian who believes we hold information about their child that should be removed can contact us at the address in section 13.
11. California Residents
Bouncing Fun Factory operates a single venue in Hewitt, Texas and does not target California consumers. California residents nonetheless have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion or correction, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any California right, email bouncingfunfactory@hotmail.com or call (254) 709-0036.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or booking services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
