SMS Messaging Terms

1. Program Description

Bouncing Fun Factory operates an SMS messaging program to send booking confirmations, party reminders, and post-party follow-up messages to customers who have provided their phone number during the booking process.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in to SMS messages by providing your mobile phone number during the party booking process and checking the SMS consent box before you submit your booking. Checking that box is your express written consent to receive the messages described in this program. Providing your phone number on its own does not opt you in. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of booking or purchasing any service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive approximately 3–5 messages per booking: a booking confirmation, a 7-day reminder, a 24-hour reminder, and a post-party follow-up. Additional messages may be sent if you contact us directly.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Bouncing Fun Factory is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe from all future messages. You will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Bouncing Fun Factory unless you opt back in.

6. How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any SMS message or contact us directly at (254) 709-0036 or bouncingfunfactory@hotmail.com for assistance with our SMS messaging program.

7. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Carrier support may vary. Bouncing Fun Factory is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect and use your information.
