Before you book

  • A 50% deposit is required. This is what locks in your date.
  • Your deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of your party date
  • Full balance is due at the start of your party
  • No confetti allowed at the venue
  • No adults on the inflatables
  • BYOF: bring your own food, drinks, and cake

Booking questions

What happens right after I book?

You'll receive an immediate confirmation email and SMS with your party date, time, venue address, and deposit receipt. We'll also send reminders 7 days and 24 hours before your party.

Can I change my date after booking?

Yes. Contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If your party is within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Is there ever more than one party happening at the same time?

Never. We only accept one booking per time slot. When you're here, the entire 8,000 sq ft facility is exclusively yours.

How early can we arrive to set up?

You get 30 minutes of pre-party decorating time before your party start time. Please don't arrive before your decorating window. Our team needs time to prepare the space.

What's the no-confetti rule about?

Confetti is extremely difficult to clean up and can affect the party after yours. No confetti or confetti-filled items please. Cleanup fees may apply.
